Ludwig van Beethoven

This series is one of my most important. It is dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven. As a virtuoso on the piano and a gifted composer, he perfected the musical form of expression of the Viennese classic and is considered a pioneer of the Romantic era. In this series, one work of art is dedicated to each of his complex works, in particular his 9 symphonies. Each of these works has been developed and created under the musical inspiration of the respective symphony. In order to explore, understand and represent the particular complexity and multifaceted nature of his compositions, my works are also built up in layers; These works reflect the uniqueness and masterly virtuosity of Beethoven's works, both from the external form of the "painted and padded wall objects" as a sandwich structure "canvas-cotton-canvas-stretcher" and from the multi-layered surface of the flowing oil-color paintings 's.
